Meet Tianjiao Karnes
I’m a real estate professional with over a decade of experience and a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and strategic investment. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting, and I’ve worked as a tax preparer and financial consultant—so I bring a detail-driven, analytical approach to every real estate transaction.
As a licensed Realtor in Georgia and a hands-on real estate investor, I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and fellow investors make smart, confident decisions. I’ve managed long-term and short-term rental properties, flipped homes, and guided clients through their own real estate journeys. My goal is always to simplify the process and create lasting value through transparency, gratitude, and service.
Outside of real estate, I’m a proud wife to a U.S. combat veteran and a mother of three amazing kids. My business has grown through personal referrals and trust, and I take pride in the relationships I build.
